Tungsten Heavy Alloy Block

Tungsten alloy block (WNiFe, WNiCu alloy) according to standard ASTM B777 , AMS- T 21014 , density HD 17 , HD 17BB , HD 17D , HD 17.5 , HD17.7 , HD 18 , HD 18D , HD 18.5 g/cm3 , including 90WNiFe, 93WNiFe , 95WNiFe , 97WNiFe , 90WNiCu, 93WNiCu , 95WNiCu , 97WNiCu etc.

Tungsten heavy alloys generally are refractory metal, which have two-phase composites consisting of W-Ni- Fe or W-Ni- Cu or even W-Ni-Cu-Fe, some tungsten heavy alloy is added CoMoCr, etc. It could be made as various shapes, such as rod, cube, block, brick, ring, etc. Usually, tungsten alloy block could be manufactured as the parts of military defense, extrusion die, some counterweights, such as yacht counterweights, vehicle counterweights, airplane counterweights, helicopter counterweights, boat counterweights, tank counterweights, etc.

Tungsten alloy block is a commonly used metal weight. Counterweights that can be used for military defenses, such as guns, prefabricated debris, and counterweights for military weapons. In addition to the use in the military industry, tungsten alloy blocks are also used in the civil industry, such as automobile counterweights, ship weights, and sports equipment counterweights. In the medical industry, tungsten alloy blocks can be processed into medical shields and other parts. The tungsten alloy block is made of a special material that maintains good performance in high temperature and high pressure environments, so the material is widely used in this special environment.
